# How Pick3PL works, and how we're paid.

We're a warehouse matchmaker. Brands use us for free. Partner warehouses pay us when a brand signs with them. Here is the whole process, with nothing left out.

Free for brands. Partner warehouses pay us a referral fee when you sign, and some of them, including our preferred Newark partner, are affiliated with us.

Newark gets the first look. If it isn't the right fit, you choose between partner warehouses, and nobody is introduced until both sides say yes.

## The rules we work by.

### Free for brands

You never pay us to be matched, introduced or advised. Not now, not after you sign.

### How we're paid

Partner warehouses pay us a referral fee when you sign with them. Never you. We say so in writing in every introduction.

### Newark first, honestly

Our preferred partner warehouse in Newark is affiliated with us, so it gets the first look. We tell you honestly whether it fits you, and why. If it doesn't, we say so.

### Double opt-in introductions

If Newark isn't right, we suggest two or three partner warehouses. An introduction happens only when you say yes to that warehouse and it says yes to your brief.

### No rankings, no star ratings

We don't publish "best 3PL" lists, rankings or ratings. We explain why a warehouse fits you, and where it falls short.

### Your details

We check our preferred Newark partner first, so it sees your request when you send it. Any other warehouse gets your details only with your yes. You can contact any warehouse directly at any time.

### Who replies

Elor Kahalany reviews every request. First reply within one business hour (09:00–18:00 ET, Mon–Fri); quotes within one business day. Requests sent later get an answer the next business morning.

### Do you only recommend warehouses that pay you?

Mostly, yes. We introduce partner warehouses, and they pay us a referral fee when you sign. Some, including our Newark partner, are affiliated with us. That's why we tell you up front, explain why each warehouse fits, and never rank or rate them.

### Can I go to a warehouse directly instead?

Yes, always. Our introductions save you the search and the first round of calls, but you're free to contact any warehouse yourself.

### What if no warehouse fits?

We tell you so, plainly, rather than introduce you to a poor fit. Where it helps, we point you to a national 3PL's referral program, which may also pay us a fee.
