# Privacy policy

Pick3PL (pick3pl.com) is a trade name of Green Dealers LLC ("we", "us"). We match brands with US warehouses. This page explains what we collect, why, who receives it and what you can ask us to do with it. Questions go to [hello@pick3pl.com](mailto:hello@pick3pl.com).

## What we collect

- **What you type into a form:** your name and work email, your company and website, and the business details you choose to give (what you sell, volumes, how stock arrives, timelines, channels). If you upload a shipment file, we keep the file.
- **Where you came from:** the page you landed on, the referring site and, if you arrived from an ad, the campaign tags and click ID in the link (for example utm_source or gclid).
- **Technical details:** your IP address and browser type, used only to block spam and abuse.
- **Cookies:** if you accept them, Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies that measure which pages and ads bring brands to us. See "Cookies" below.

## Why we use it

- To answer you, check which warehouse fits, and prepare a quote or an introduction you asked for.
- To follow up about your request. We don't add you to a newsletter.
- To measure and improve our pages and ads.
- To keep records of introductions so referral fees can be settled correctly.

## Who receives your details

- **Our preferred partner warehouse in Newark, NJ**, which is affiliated with us. It receives what you send in the form so it can check fit and quote. This is the sharing you agree to when you tick the box on a form.
- **Up to 3 other partner warehouses, only with your approval.** We tell you which ones before we share anything.
- **Service providers** that run the site and our email (web hosting in the United States, and Google for email, analytics and ads). They process the data for us, not for themselves.
- Authorities, if the law requires it.

We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for other companies' advertising.

## Cookies

The site works without cookies. When analytics or advertising measurement is switched on, a banner asks first. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland start with every measurement cookie off until they choose. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies; the banner then asks again.

## How long we keep it

Form requests and the emails that follow are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, or longer if an introduction led to a contract and the record is needed to settle fees. Spam-check details (IP address, browser type) are kept for up to 90 days.

## Your choices and rights

Email [hello@pick3pl.com](mailto:hello@pick3pl.com) to see the information we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or tell us to stop contacting you. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the EEA, the UK or a US state with a privacy law (such as California), you have these rights under that law, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

## Where it is stored

Our servers are in the United States. If you write to us from abroad, your details are transferred to and handled in the United States.

## Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't meant for anyone under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

## Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page.
