Terms of use

Last updated 22 October 2026

These terms cover your use of pick3pl.com and of the Pick3PL warehouse-matching service. Pick3PL is a trade name of Green Dealers LLC ("we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms.

What we do

We match brands with US warehouses. We check our preferred partner warehouse in Newark, NJ first and, with your approval, introduce up to 3 other partner warehouses. The service is free for brands. Free for brands. Partner warehouses pay us a referral fee when you sign, and some of them, including our preferred Newark partner, are affiliated with us.

Your contract is with the warehouse

If you sign with a warehouse we introduce, your agreement, prices and service levels are between you and that warehouse. We are not a party to it and we don't guarantee its services, although we want to hear about any problem. You are free to decline any introduction, and a warehouse may decline any brand.

Don't misuse the site: no automated form submissions, attempts to break security, or content that is unlawful. Reading, quoting and indexing our public pages, including by search engines and AI assistants, is welcome.
